  4. A mis sólidos le agregaremos de 1 en 1 mis huevos.

  6. Conforme vayamos amasando, la masa se pondrá un poco pegajosa, entonces podremos incorporar harina pero por pequeñas cantidades.
  7. Una vez que ya hemos amasado la masa, incorporar la mantequilla y seguir amasando.
  8. Después de estar amasando y conseguir una masa, lisa y suave, llevaremos a fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño.
  9. Una vez que haya fermentado mi masa lo que haremos será ponchar mi masa.
  10. Ahora lo que haremos será enharinar mi mesa o espacio de trabajo.
  11. Ponemos encima la masa y también le pondremos encima un poco de harina.
  12. Lo siguiente que haremos será que con ayuda de mi rodillo, extenderemos mi masa y que quede lo más delgada posible de 5 mm.
  13. Lo siente a hacer es que con ayuda de un cuchillo o raspa, cuadraremos mi masa.
  14. Con ayuda de una brocha o una cuchara le pondremos mantequilla por toda la masa.
  15. Tener tus insumos a ocupar para rellenar.
  16. Primero le pondremos las pasas maceradas y extender por toda la masa.
  17. Lo siguiente a poner será el azúcar mascabado (al gusto).
  18. Y por último la canela (al gusto).

  23. Una vez fermentado, les pondremos encima cubitos de mantequilla y un poco de azúcar mascabado.
  24. Llevaremos a hornear a 200°c durante 30 a 45 minutos.
  25. En lo que salen del horno, haremos un glaseado con, brandy, leche y azúcar glass.
  26. Le agregaremos al azúcar glass el brandy y revolver muy bien.
  27. Agregar un poco de leche y estará listo.
  28. Pasado el tiempo de los roles, sacar del horno y dejar enfriar y listo.
