- Para la masa de brócoli: es una charola para hornear, esparza el brócoli rallado y hornea a 350 °F por 15 minutos, en un trapo de cocina limpio, exprime el brócoli ya horneado para retirar el jugo, en un bowl agrega el brócoli horneado, un huevo, un puño de queso parmesano, una cucharadita de sal y pimienta molida y revuelva para hacer una masa
- En una charola agrega la masa y esparza a toda la charola, hornea a 400°F por 15 minutos
- Agrega la salsa de tomate, los pimientos, la albahaca, la piña y una cucharada de queso manchego al gusto y hornea a 400°F por 8 minutos y nuestra pizza está lista!
