  4. Una vez pasado el tiempo de refrigeración, pondremos sufiente harina en la mesa de trabajo y estiraremos nuestra masa del doble de tamaño que tiene nuestra margarina
  5. Pondremos la margarina en el centro y llevaremos las cuatro esquinas de la masa al centro y comenzaremos a estirar formando un rectángulo de 1 cm de grosor aprox.
  6. Doblaremos el rectángulo en 3 y volveremos a estirar, repitiendo este mismo dobles 4 veces más, si sientes que la margarina comienza a porder frío puedes refrigerar la un momento y continuar.
  7. Por último quitaremos el exceso de harina, pondremos nuestra masa en un bolsa limpia y la podemos refrigerar para futuras preparaciones.
