  13. Ya listo todo, es momento de emplatar.
  14. Colocar como base las hojas, luego el pan, las rebanadas de aguacate, el jamón y el tocino y encima el huevo escalfado.
  15. Por último añadimos la salsa holandesa y decora como más te guste. Listo a disfrutar.
