  2. Hacemos un volcán con los secos, agregamos los demás ingredientes(menos la manteca) y empezamos a integrar.
  3. Conforme vamos amasando integramos la manteca e forma de pomada, dejamos de amasar hasta que tengamos una masa suave.
  4. Dejamos reposar por 45 min en un traste, después ponchamos y empezamos a pesar tantos de masa de 80gr boleamos la bolitas de masa, ponemos encima un poco de manteca vegetal en forma de pomada,
  5. Pesamos bolsitas de la costra de 30gr y empezamos a estirar la masa como tortillitas y ponemos encima de los bollos y marcamos con un cortador o un cuchillo filoso, dejamos fermentar otros 40 minutos y horneamos a 180º,
  6. Para hacer la pasta integramos la manteca en forma de pomada, la harina y el azúcar glas hasta obtener una masa firme
