- Amasar hasta formar una masa homogénea durante 40 minutos aprox., si la mezcla aún no queda ligera agregar un chorrito de leche.
- Dejar fermentar la masa hasta que doble su tamaño, procura que este en un sitio cálido para que suba más rápido.
- Ponchar, pesar masas de 50 gr cada una, rellenar con queso mozzarella/ manchego o relleno de tu gusto.
- Cerrarlas y bolearlas.
- Dejar fermentar nuevamente hasta doblar su tamaño; poner papel encerado, en caso de no tener engrasar la charola con mantequilla y harina
- Colocar los bollos encima de la charola, barnizar con huevo y decorar con ajonjolí.
- Precalentar el horno a 200° C por 15-20 minutos.
- Meter los bollos al horno a 200° C por 20-25 minutos aprox.
- Sacarlos y dejarla enfriar los y disfrutar!!!
