- Ya que haya doblado el tamaño es momento de encender el horno
- Precalentar el horno a 180° C
- Batir un huevo
- Untar el huevo sobre la masa ya fermentada de forma suave para no pinchar la masa
- Agregar el ajonjolí negro
- Llevar al horno por 20 minutos o hasta que estén dorados
- Sacar y dejar enfriar.
