  14. Dejar reposar por segunda vez hasta que doble el tamaño
  15. Ya que haya doblado el tamaño es momento de encender el horno
  16. Precalentar el horno a 180° C
  17. Batir un huevo
  18. Untar el huevo sobre la masa ya fermentada de forma suave para no pinchar la masa
  19. Agregar el ajonjolí negro
  20. Llevar al horno por 20 minutos o hasta que estén dorados
  21. Sacar y dejar enfriar.
