- Para el guacamole agregamos a la licuadora el aguacate, los tomates verdes(crudos), los chiles habanero, el ajo, la cebolla y el cilantro y licuamos.
- Para la pechuga empalizada lavamos bien las pechugas y en un contenedor revolvemos la cucharada de sal y el sabor de pollo.
- Una vez listo sazonamos las pechugas con la mezcla y la pimienta.
- Una vez sazonada ponemos en un plato el pan molido y empezaremos a empanizar las pechugas.
- Ponemos el sartén a calentar y le agregaremos aceite, una vez que el aceite esté caliente empezamos a freír la pechuga empalizada.
- Cuando ya esté cocida la pechuga la sacaremos y la pondremos a escurrir y listo para servir.
- Servimos (a mi espagueti le agregué queso rallado pero es opcional lo que le quieran agregar) y listo a disfrutar.
