  12. Con oto poco de masa hacer los "huesitos" con cuatro dedos, hacer presión y seguir amasando.
  13. Colocar dos líneas en la masa (tiene que quedar lo más centrado posible) haciendo una forma de cruz, por último colocamos una bolita justo en el centro (donde se cruzan las líneas)
  14. Dejar doblar su tamaño. si gustan se puede barnizar hasta doblar su tamaño
  15. Precalentar el horno a 180° C
  16. Hornear por media hora o hasta que este completamente cocido
  17. Sacar y dejar enfriar
  18. Untar la superficie con la mantequilla (derretida)
  19. Espolvorear con azúcar y la canela
  20. Y está listo para degustar!!! :)
