Voltearemos y a la masa que previamente apartamos, las cortaremos en 2 y les daremos forma de huesito, haciendo una tira y después girandolas con nuestros dedos, después las colocaremos en forma de cruz encima de nuestra masa negándolo con huevo (dejándolo lo más centrado posible). Después colocaremos nuestros panes sobre una charola previamente enmantequillada y enharinada, para después llevarlos a fermentar hasta que doblen su tamaño.
  9. Ya que hayan doblado su tamaño, barnizaremos con huevo y llevaremos a hornear a 180°C, de 30 a 40 min.
  10. Ya que se hayan cocido nuestros panes, sacaremos del horno e inmediatamente los barnizaremos con la mantequilla líquida y después espolvorearemos con azúcar.
  11. Y están listos para saborear!!
