La concha es un pan dulce tradicional mexicano, que se consume frecuentemente en los hogares de México, las más comunes son las de vainilla y chocolate.

- En ese momento llevaremos la masa a fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño y, la cubriremos con plástico de nailon o ya sea con un trapo limpio, lo que cuenten en casa.
- Mientras esperemos la masa, procederemos hacer las costras de nuestras conchas, ya teniendo los ingredientes pesados, vamos a integrar el azúcar glas, manteca y harina, hasta tener una masa lisa.
- Comenzaremos dividiendo la masa en dos partes, iguales la primera mitad le agregaremos cocoa, y la segunda la dejaremos así.
- Después de un tiempo cuando la masa allá doblado su tamaño, procederemos a ponchar y después pesar la masa de 35 a 40 gramos aproximadamente,
- Teniendo toda la masa pesada en gramos formaremos bolitas ayudándonos con las palmas de la mano. (fajarse en las fotos de que manera se hace)
- Procederemos a dividir la masa de nuestras costras, en este caso haremos una tortilla con la masa ya sea con una prensa o un plato.
- Cubriremos a nuestras conchas con las costras realizadas, en este caso vamos a dejar que tape todo porque crecerá.
- En este paso haremos las líneas de nuestras conchas ya sea con un molde en caso de no tener con un cuchillo.
- Cuando terminemos de marcar todas las conchas esperaremos un poco de tiempo hasta que doble su tamaño, nuevamente procederemos a hornear a una temperatura de 180° C aproximadamente 35 minutos.
