- 100 g azúcar
- 85 g mantequilla
- 1 pza huevo
- 150 ml leche tibia
- 1 cucharada levadura seca
- 1 cucharada canela en polvo

- 50 g harina
- 50 g azúcar glas
- 50 g manteca vegetal

- Hacer un volcán con la harina, agregar el azúcar, la sal y la canela.

- Hay que tener mucha paciencia al estar trabajando nuestra masa, ya que es muy pegajosa, no te asustes, aunque parezca que está arruinada y le falta harina, por nada del mundo le agregues más pues tus conchas saldrán duras, solo es cuestión de amasar todo muy bien.
- Cuando nuestra masa ya no se pegue a nuestra superficie de trabajo ¡Está lista!.
- Engrasamos un bowl y dejamos reposar hasta que doble su tamaño.
- Mientras dejamos reposar nuestra masa, podemos elaborar nuestra pasta.
- Comenzamos a deshacer nuestra manteca vegetal hasta hacerla pomada.
- Posteriormente incorporamos el azúcar glas y la harina e integramos todo perfectamente.
(Podemos hacer pasta de chocolate agregando cocoa en polvo, o de cualquier otro sabor, solo es necesario que uses tu imaginación 🌈) - Pasado el tiempo, desgasificamos nuestra masa.

- Dejamos reposar hasta que doble su tamaño (segunda fermentación).
- Llevamos a hornear a 180ºC por 25 minutos aproximadamente.
