- En otra cacerola poner a cocer los elotes se precocen 15 minutos.
Se separan de las otras verduras por ser más duros.
En otra cacerola colocar las verduras excepto las papas, calabazas y cilantro.
Agregando los elotes precocidos y una cucharadita rasa de sal, cocinamos 10 minutos tapando la cacerola para evitar evaporación del agua. - Por último agregar las papas, la calabaza y el cilantro y volvemos a tapar.
- Una vez cocida la verdura se separa y en el caldo de la verdura se agrega el caldo de la carne y un manojo de cilantro lavado y desinfectado cuando hierva se toman 3 min y se apaga.
Se sirve el consomé con verduras al gusto un cucharón de carne desherbada o un trozo según gusto y se adorna con una cucharadita de cilantro picado, se acompaña de limón y picante al gusto.
