- Dejaremos leudar nuestra masa e un bowl previamente engrasado, esto para que nuestra masa no se pegue.
- Después poncharemos nuestra masa. Comenzamos a extender con la ayuda de un rodillo. Debemos formar un rectángulo, podemos recortar los bordes para tener un rectángulo perfecto.
- Con ayuda de una brocha barnizamos con mantequilla derretida, en este caso yo opte por rellanarlo con cajeta, después colocamos las pasas y espolvoreamos canela en polvo.
- Envolvemos formando un taco, empezando desde el lado más largo, hacemos los cortes y colocaremos en una charola previamente enharinada. Barnizar los rollitos para que estos tengan un color agradable.
- Horneamos a 180º C por 30 minutos.
