  7. Para las orejas, tomamos un poco de la masa, agregamos suficiente harina y las extendemos.
  8. Se le pone huevo con azúcar, se dobla en forma de un tríptico de cuatro secciones.
  9. Nos quedará un rollo con forma de corazón en el centro
  10. Tendremos que hacer cortes de 1.5 cm aproximadamente, y las aplanamos un poco y las horneamos hasta tener un tono dorado.
  11. Para los cuernitos hacemos un rectángulo con nuestra masa, y cotamos en triángulos, podemos marcar las mitades de la masa para que sea más fácil el corte.
  12. Podemos poner un poco de chocolate o mermelada en la parte más ancha, solo un poco y en la parte más ancha porque puede dañar la forma.
  13. Enrollamos, las barnizamos y las llevamos a hornear hasta que estén dorados, estos tienden a tardar un poco más.
