  2. En mi caso lo haré dentro de un recipiente; juntaremos los ingredientes secos y haremos un volcán, después en el centro iremos agregando nuestra agua, quedara líquida.
  3. Ya que este nuestro poolish podemos dejarlo un en el sol un rato si deseamos ocuparlo ya o en el refri un día antes de ocuparlo
  4. Ahora apostaremos los ingredientes para la pasa
  5. En mi caso dejé el poolish en el refri, debe reflejar muchas burbujitas esto significa que nuestro poolish ya está bien fermentado
  6. En un bowl añadiremos todo los ingredientes secos hasta volverlo uno, y haremos un volcán en la mesa con nuestros ingredientes secos
  7. Ya que lo tengamos, iremos agregando nuestro poolish hecho anteriormente, de poco en poco, nuestra masa quedará pegajosa, es normal
  8. Agregaremos un poco de aceite de oliva, esto para que nuestra masa sea un poco más suave
  9. Ya que está todo integrado, lo pondremos en un recipiente y lo dejaremos fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño
  10. Ya que haya doblado su tamaño, lo ponchamos, agregamos un poco de harina a la mesa y ponemos nuestra masa
  11. Con un rodillo la apañaremos y le daremos forma de cuadrados, en este paso se le agregará las rodajas de cebolla a tu gusto, pondremos aceite de oliva para más sabor y dejaremos fermentar nuevamente
  12. Después de la segunda fermentación, lo meteremos al horno a 180°C por 20 minutos
  13. Pasado el tiempo lo sacamos, el pan se vera pálido es normal
  14. Y ya está listo para ser decorado y acompañarlo on cualquier otro platillo a vuestro gusto!!
