  3. Para el sorbete de mango agregué solo 2 cdas de miel, para la piña fueron 4 y para los frutos rojos 2. En total usé 1/2 taza para los 3 sabores.
  4. Seguir moliendo por 5 minutos para que la miel haga su efecto ligante, hasta tener un puré, además de incorporar suficiente aire a la mezcla y así aunque se congele no volverá a formar un bloque rígido. El tiempo de molido también depende de cada fruta, la piña requiere más, el mango es más suave y nos queda listo más rápido.
  5. Es probable que en la pared vayan quedando trozos sin moler, hacer una pausa y con una cuchara o espátula acercarlos al centro.
  6. Vaciar a molde de preferencia de vidrio y rectangular, tapar y llevar a congelador por unas horas.
  7. Listo para disfrutar..!!
