  7. Pondremos papel estrella o papel encerado en la charola, empezaremos a agregar la mezcla de las yemas de forma envolvente.
  8. De forma envolvente también agregaremos la harina 2, teniendo nuestra mezcla homogénea y sin que se haya formado grumos la exparciremos en la charola. Hornearemos a 180 °C de 15 a 20 min
  9. Ya listo lo pondremos sobre un paño húmedo, pondremos la crema como relleno e iremos envolviendo.
  10. Ya envuelto podremos hacer el diseño que queramos, en mi caso fue bañado con chocolate y le espolverie azúcar glass.
