  6. Después ponchar y pesar bolitas de 84 gr cada uno
  7. Bolear las bolitas y colocarlas en una charola
  8. Para la costra mezclar la harina fuerte con el azúcar y la manteca vegetal hecha pomada, dividimos en dos porciones y agregar a una de ellas 20 gr de cocoa
  9. Después dividimos en porciones pequeñas y las aplanamos, las colocamos encima de la masa le damos forma y por último se ponen a fermentar por segunda vez.
  10. Horneamos por 28 min y listoo
