- 80 g azúcar
- 20 g jengibre
- 100 ml sake
- 80 ml marín
- 5 g ajinomoto
- Para la brocheta
- 200 g pechuga de pollo
- 50 g chile morrón
- 50 g cebolla morada
- 2 Palos brocheta

- Lavar y cortar la pechuga de pollo en trozos medianamente pequeños.
- Hacer la marinada mezclando el jengibre, sake, marín, azúcar y ajinomoto. Mover hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
- Pasar los trozos de pollo al marinado, vitafilar y dejar reposar por un mínimo de 30 minutos.
- Cortar el chile morrón y la cebolla previamente lavada en trozos de tamaño similar a los del pollo y reservar.
- En un wok o sartén con aceite de ajonjolí, saltear los trozos de pollo para facilitar la cocción sin llegar a dorarse.
- Hidratar los palos de brocheta en agua para que al momento de la cocción exista menos posibilidad de quemarse.
- Armar las brochetas poniendo pollo, chile, pollo, cebolla o en el orden que prefiera.
- Cocinarlas en grill o parrilla por 10 minutos o hasta que tomen un color más intenso girandolas para que no se quemen.
- Servir calientes.
