- Hacer un volcán sobre una superficie de el azúcar, harina y la sal
- Agregar la mantequilla y mezclar hasta que quede como arena, por poco tiempo para evitar que la mantequilla se derrita
- Agregar la masa madre y la leche, mezclar hasta incorporar
- Agregar los huevos y mezclar hasta hacer la masa quede lisa y sin grumos
- Cuando quede la masa meter en un bowl, taparlo con una bolsa y un trapo por 1 hora
- Después de este tiempo se deben hacer bolitas de misma proporción y dejar reposar por otros 30 minutos
- En un bowl tamizar la harina y el azúcar, vaciar la manteca vegetal y la vainilla o el sabor que se guste, mezclar hasta hacer una masa (yo utilicé piloncillo)
- Hacer bolitas de la misma proporción y poner sobre la masa
- Precalentar el horno por 15 minutos a 230°C, poner sobre una charola engrasada las conchas y meterlas durante 20 min o hasta que doren
