  5. Cuando nuestra masa ya este más suave elástica y ya no se pega, la dejamos reposar hasta que doble su tamaño
  6. Ponchamos y porcionamos de tal manera que cada pieza quede del mismo tamaño y peso, posteriormente boleamos (las hacemos bolita) y las dejamos reposar hasta que doblen su tamaño
  7. En una cacerola o cualquier otro recipiente de aluminio, ponemos a fuego medio el aceite, cuando este caliete metemos nuestras berlinesas a freír de ambos lados y bajamos un poco el fuego para que estas no se quemen pero si se cocinen bien
  8. Con ayuda de una manga pastelera inyectamos a un lado o por debajo nuestra mermelada o lo que le vayamos a poner de relleno
  9. El último paso será espolvorear azúcar glass apoyandote de un tamizador y listo
