  5. Cernir el azúcar glass sobre las soletas y hornear a 180°C por un lapso de 25 min
  6. Para el jarabe se debe hervir el agua con el azúcar (se puede añadir canela) y cuando se enfríe añadir el café soluble y el kaluha
  7. Para la crema mascarpone se debe poner a hidratar la grenetina con 40 ml de agua y reservar
  8. Debemos hervir el azúcar con el agua y agregarlo a las yemas batidas haciendo un pāte á bombe, añadir el vino.
  9. Derretir la grenetina a baño María o en un microondas e incorporarla a la mezcla
  10. Una vez mezclado todo se integra al queso crema, este debe estar a temperatura ambiente
  11. Por último se monta la crema lyncott y se añade a la mezcla. Reservar.
  12. Para el ensamblado se deben mojar las soletas en el jarabe
  13. Hacer una capa con la mezcla de queso y espolvoreando cocoa también se puede poner chocolate semi amargo rallado
  14. Repetir este paso y refrigerar unos minutos
