- Después se va a hacer un merengue francés, utilizando las claras y el azúcar hasta que al darle la vuelta no se caiga, y reservaremos.
- A la mezcla de las yemas le iremos agregando el merengue francés y los secos alternandolo y agregaremos la pintura en gel con movimientos envolvente.
- Enharinamos un molde, agregaremos la mezcla y hornearemos a 180°C, hasta que al ingresar un palillo salga limpio.
- Para el frosting acremaremos el queso crema e iremos integrando poco a poco el azúcar glass. Por último agregaremos el jugo de limón, esencia de vainilla y la crema para batir.
- Cortaremos el bizchoco en 3 partes, pondremos la parte más lisa debajo e iremos agregando frosting, así hasta completar las 3 capas, y decoramos a nuestra preferencia.
