- Al igual que el tiramisú, iremos intercalando entre soletas y las cremas, como siempre comenzamos con soleta, posterior a eso, vertemos la crema de frambuesa, esparcimos bien y agregamos otra capa de galletas y por último agregamos la crema de zarzamora
- Decoramos con la jalea de mango, que esta no es más que sofreír el mango con el aceite durante 2 minutos y licuar, para así realizar una emulsión. También agregamos unos frutos rojos y las flores. Listo, tenemos nuestro pastel
