  2. Batimos la crema para batir Ilsa Frigo y reservamos

  4. Para poder rellenar lo primero que haremos es poner un disco de cartón y colocamos el primer disco
  5. Hidratamos con el jarabe de naranja
  6. Hacemos una barrera con la crema batida (si usamos una manga pastelera será más fácil)
  7. Rellenamos con el mousse de maracuyá
  8. Y repetimos el proceso
  9. Hacemos una capa antimigajas con más crema batida
  10. Reservamos
  11. Seguiremos con el pastel de chocolate
  12. Pondremos el primer disco en la base de cartón
  13. Hidratamos el disco con el jarabe de café
  14. Delimitamos con la crema batida
  15. Rellenamos con el ganache de chocolate
  16. Y repetimos el paso 14 y 15 hasta terminar

  27. Hacemos decoraciones con la crema batida blanca y reservamos
  28. Tomaremos ahora el pastel de chocolate
  29. Amasaremos el fondant hasta que este suave y agregaremos unas gotas de colorante rosa
  30. Si lo sentimos muy suave podemos espolvorearle azúcar glass
  31. Ponemos azúcar glass sobre la mesa
  32. Estiramos
  33. Colocamos más azúcar glass sobre el fondant y recojemos con el rodillo
  34. Dejamos caer de manera suave el fondant sobre el pastel
  35. Con los dedos empezamos a estirar y pegar el pastel;cortamos los excesos
  36. Pegamos bien y empezamos a decorar
  37. Reservamos
  38. Para el último colocamos las cremas batidas de color negro, verde y azul
  39. Alisamos con nuestra espátula
  40. Reservamos
  41. Montamos en el siguiente orden, pastel de vainilla, chocolate y red velvet
  42. Antes de colocar cada piso colocamos popotes en los 4 puntos cardinales
